Marketing Directors:
Marketing Directors are responsible for coordinating and supervising a team of Marketing Mission Specialists. Duties include,
but are not limited to helping to ensure each member of their team is working in compliance with the Terms & Conditions of the Marketing
Agreements we enter into with our clients, and that each member of their team performs at the highest possible level.
Successful candidates must have strong managerial, writing, oral communication, and motivational skills. A
thorough understanding of Federal government contracting, particularly how it pertains to the constituents of the SBA is
also required. Specifically, how the Rules & Regulations pertain to businesses that are designated as: 8(a), Small Disadvantaged
Business, or HUBZone Certified; Woman-, Service-Disabled Veteran- or Veteran-Owned; or, as an otherwise designated Small
Business Enterprise. Extensive training will be provided to candidates who are otherwise qualified. This is an excellent incentivized
position for goal-oriented individuals. The Compensation Package includes a base salary,
commissions, and discretionary bonuses.
MyFedAccess provides Business-to-Government Marketing to Sales Services to qualified Small Businesses,
requiring face-to-face meetings with Federal government contract decision-makers (i.e., Program/Project Managers, Contract Officers, and/or
their Technical Representatives). Marketing Mission Specialists are needed to implement the MyFedAccess Results-Oriented
Marketing Approach on behalf of our clients.

Duties include, but are not be limited to giving pitch presentations, attending pre-proposal conferences, and making site visits at
various Federal government agencies by appointment and on an as-needed-basis to market the services of our clients.
Successful candidates must have a thorough understanding of Federal procurement practices; specifically, how they pertain
to qualified Small Businesses. Extensive training will be provided to candidates who are otherwise
qualified with strong writing, oral communication, and time management skills. This is an incentivized Client
Relationship/Stakeholder position with the potential to earn $38K to $67K with base salary, commissions and discretionary
bonuses. Rapid promotion potential. Excellent position for self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit.
This is a position that may require some travel, as well as expertise in Business-to-Government Sales. Duties include, but are
not be limited to making cold calls to prospective qualified Small Businesses that could benefit by using the services provided
by MyFedAccess, giving pitch presentations via the telephone and various video conferencing applications, preparing and
sending out proposals, and successfully on-boarding and retaining new clients.
Successful candidates must have a thorough understanding of Federal procurement practices; specifically, how they pertain to qualified Small
Businesses. Extensive training will be provided to candidates who are otherwise qualified with strong Microsoft Office, writing, oral
communication, and time management skills. This is an incentivized Client Relationship/Stakeholder position with the potential to earn
$32K to $55K with base salary, commissions and discretionary bonuses. Excellent position for self-starters with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Regional Lead Generators:
This is a Research & Data Entry position that can be fulfilled from the comfort of your home. Regional Lead Generators
are needed to peruse online databases to identify under-represented small businesses located in high volume markets.
(CLICK on the MyFedAccess/SBA Regional Outreach Map, shown in the left
column, to see which cities are designated as high volume markets.) Duties include perusing
databases to identify qualified Small Businesses that are capable of providing Technical, Logistical, Analytical,
Managerial, and/or Administrative Support Services to the Federal government. No cold calling or sales is required.
Successful applicants must commit to generating a certain number of qualified leads on a weekly basis, and presenting the resultant list of
referrals in a specific format. The Compensation Package includes a Monthly Retainer, Commissions, and Discretionary
Bonuses. This is an excellent opportunity for goal-oriented individuals seeking to earn supplemental income. Successful candidates must
have strong Time-Management, Analyitical & Data Entry Skills. Extensive training will be provided to candidates who are otherwise qualified.
MyFedAccess provides Business-to-Government Marketing to Sales Services to
qualified Small Businesses, requiring face-to-face meetings with contract decision-makers
(i.e., Program/Project Managers, Contract Officers, and/or their Technical Representatives). Agency-Specific
Experts are required on an as-needed-basis to act as liaisons between MyFedAccess and pertinent
personnel inside specific Federal government agencies. Ideal candidates are former government employees or contractors
with extensive experience and rapport with direct-hires currently serving as contract decision-makers within
specific agencies. Having a thorough understanding of Federal procurement practices, especially how they pertain to
qualified Small Businesses, is a plus. Other duties may be required on a To-Be-Determined.
MyFedAccess provides Business-to-Government Marketing to Sales Services to multidisciplinary
management-consulting firms, with core competencies in Technical, Logistical, Analytical, Managerial, and/or
Administrative Support Services. Subject Matter Experts experienced in providing these disciplines to Federal
government agencies are required on an as-needed-basis for consultation before a MyFedAccess Marketing Mission
Specialist gives a pitch presentation, attends a pre-proposal conference, and/or before making site visits at
government agencies. Other duties may be required on a To-Be-Determined basis.
