The Marketing Approach Plan (MAP)
Now that you have reviewed our Web site and decided that you want to retain MyFedAccess to market
your services, we will need to know which Results-Oriented Marketing Package best fits your in-house Business
Development Plans, and which Federal government agencies you want to include in the resultant Marketing
Agreement ("Agreement"). The number of agencies included may be one to six, depending on the
Marketing Package you choose. The Agreement shall constitute the Marketing Approach Plan (MAP) that we use to
navigate our way to decision-makers within the government agencies that you wish to have on your client list.
Opportunities that arise at agencies that are NOT included on the original MAP may be explored on a
case-by-case basis while the Agreement is in force. The MyFedAccess Marketing Approach Plan (MAP) A Results-Oriented Approach to Decision-Makers
NOTE: Due to limited access to the Department of Defense (DoD) installations (i.e., military bases)
and the procurement personnel assigned to work thereon, MyFedAccess cannot include DoD in the

After a decision is made in regard to which Federal government agency or agencies to include on the MAP, an
electronic message (e-mail) will be sent to you from MyFedAccess with a copy of the Agreement
attached. Print, initial, sign, and date the Agreement in the appropriate areas, make a copy for your personal

Upon receipt and approval of the attested Agreement you will receive an invoice from MyFedAccess
for payment of the applicable Retainer (i.e., Activation Fee or "All In" discount).
For your convenience the MyFedAccess Internet-based
Payment Processing Center accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit/debit cards.
Or, if you are already a PayPal member, you may make payments using your existing PayPal Account. And
where available, you may also transfer funds from your Bank Account directly to our PayPal Account to
make payments. Prior to the implementation the "Staging" phase of our Results-Oriented Marketing Approach we will also need to explore all
of your capabilities and become immersed in your corporate structure and culture. To help MyFedAccess assimilate
accordingly, we will ask to receive the following from you:
The Primary Contact person within your organization for MyFedAccess (owner or designee); Copies of your promotional materials: business cards, capability statements, fliers, brochures, etc. (electronic- or hard-copies, if available); A sample copy of a Proposal/Quotation that is representative of your typical response to a Request for Proposal/Quotation (optional, if available); and The name and contact information for your Business Opportunity/Development Specialist at the U.S. Small Business Administration (for Certified Small Businesses Only).
Schedule-of-Deliverables
Within 48 hours after the Activation Fee is paid you will receive a Schedule of Deliverables outlining the immediate
course of action that MyFedAccess will take on your behalf and the anticipated reporting dates.
The Schedule of Deliverables will be tied to the fulfillment of the guaranteed level-of-effort and the successive payment(s);
hence, making the Marketing Agreement Performance-Based. The MyFedAccess
100% Money Back Guarantee may be optioned on the date that the first successive payment becomes due.
