This Marketing Package includes a guaranteed level-of-effort of at
least four (4) face-to-face appointments with decision-makers at the Federal government agencies that you wish to
have on your client list. NOTE: The guaranteed level-of-effort represents the minimum number of marketing calls
that will be made on your behalf, NOT the maximum number. Additional marketing calls are usually required. This
Marketing Package provides you with representation for five (5) months.
Prospective Customer Relationship Management
Other complementary services include, but are not limited to, making pitch presentations, attending pre-proposal conferences,
and making site visits. In addition to scheduling the initial four appointments, the relationships established with Federal
government contract decision-makers on behalf of your company will be maintained throughout the term period of the Marketing Agreement.

Imminent contract opportunities at the specified Federal government agency will be tracked during the term period of the Marketing Agreement. And,
when appropriate, MyFedAccess will provide you with assistance in generating a "Requirement/Search Letter"
requesting to have a particular Scope of Work specifically set-aside for your company before the opportunity is advertised for full and open
competition. Throughout the term period of the Marketing Agreement you will also receive verifiable reports detailing the
Business-to-Government marketing activity conducted on behalf of your firm.
Easy Payment Plans, Based On Deliverables
and Performance
Services shall commence on the date specified on the attested Marketing Agreement and payment of the
Activation Fee. The remaining balance shall become payable in three equal payments on the due dates specified in the Marketing Agreement. All rates are fully loaded and burdened to include expenses relating to: professional and administrative support; travel;
Internet and telephonic connectivity; use of all the peripherals connected to the network; other office equipment such
as the facsimile and copy machines; supplies (such as paper, printer & copier ink/toner); gifts; and, etc.
